So my cousin gave me crap the majority of my childhood for having bangs so I finally started growing them out (not because of her believe me ugh) and WOW SHE NOW HAS BANGS. I SOOOO want to criticize her to her face more than you'll ever know, but I won't because I don't have the balls. That sort of thing makes me want to scream and it's not even that big of a deal, but URRRGHGHHG SOO ANNOYING!!
Also let it be known I have downloaded my last. It's been a good run. Microsoft really named Windows Vista appropriately considering that Vista means "view." Pretty creepy...
Well my computer is back to life and I'm celebrating by being on it more than I was on it before which seems sick and it probably is. Thanks to Kelsey I was able to clear off my whole computer and re-install Windows and well it worked wonders and has made be a very happy camper. It's going to be "fun" to put all my pictures and music back on but it is soooo worth it to be able to just check my e-mail or IM a friend or make a purchase or download the latest version of iTunes. It's been pretty pathetic until now. I am sooo excited. It's like having a whole new computer! I'm having fun, probably too much fun... I could go on forever about what this means for me to have a working computer, but I will spare you.
Ummm Saturday was Robyn's wedding- she looked soooo pretty! Hopefully she will have pictures to show one day (HINT HINT)
Thursday and Friday I was in Seattle. Thursday I went to one of the THREE Michael Buble Concerts in Seattle. He was again AMAZING. And Friday Ryan looked at Cornish (a really expensive art school) and while he was there I hung out at Westlake and wow, ended up buying four posters?! Which I really don't have much room for.
Tomorrow it's back to work after taking a week off. Ryan goes back to school. And the 3rd Season of The Office comes out on DVD and I'm going to be at Best Buy when the doors open to get the special pack (they're sold out online!!!) So big day eh? And I'm sure I'll be on my computer every second I can.
I spent my entire time at work today shelving in children's. Zero stickering whatsoever. It was weird and kind of peaceful... EXCEPT WHEN MY CART TIPPED OVER TWO TIMES WITH A LOUD BANG AND BOOKS WENT ALL OVER THE FLOOR. I felt so retarded but whatever- cart's fault right?
Big Brother- omg, Eric is SO AWESOME YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW. OMG. His first task was to make up a traumatic story and tell it to Kain (sp?) and by george! He did it! And sooo convincingly- god it was hilarious, absolutely hilarious

OK so 07/07/07 turned out to be alright. We bought a new fridge which we needed soooo bad- you don't even know! It gets delivered Tues. so that will be good. After that, we went to Northtown for no particular reason and ended up buying clothes and I got to see Robyn!! Yay! I also got some new shoes which aren't here yet- they didn't have the size I needed in the right color so they're sending it from a store in Silverdale or something. After that I went to Hastings cuz they're doing the buy 2 get one for a penny thing w/ the used DVDs and I couldn't find what I wanted exactly so I went over to Blockbuster and they were having a buy two get two free deal on theirs AND I was able to find what I wanted. I can't forget, we went to Mustard Seed for dinner which was yummy as always. And had some Rocky Road for dessert... So all in all, it was a pretty good 07/07/07. Not exactly as I'd imagined it, but not bad at all.
Today so far... crap. Just kinda boring. I did watch Babel which was really good. It was like Crash minus the racism. Since then I've pretty much been doin' nothin'...literally. Nice that it's a little cooler today I guess, at least inside the house. Haven't left the house at all today, ugh.
OMG, BB8 started this last week and I missed it but thank goodness CBS has the full eps. online. I think this could be an interesting season. The twist w/ the enemies is cool and OMG I love the America's player guy! It's kind of a cool idea but I'd like to see what he'd do if he wasn't under America's control- he seems funny and seems like he's a pretty sane person compared to others. Another episode tonight! WOO! And our first America's player vote thingy! Can't wait!
Bayle and Kelsey finally got their butts home and they've been over here a couple times... so that's good
Fourth of July- went to my Auntie's house in Sprague. Had some good food and air conditioning so that was nice. I took some kinda cool pictures- maybe I'll share someday. Too lazy right now.
Signed up for Netflix- there's so many movies I want to see and it's just going to be so much easier this way and cheaper if I watch them fast enough.
Finally ordered my Harry Potter book today- 'bout time I'd say. I finally decided that I think Harry's going to die and yeah, that will hurt to read if I'm right

OH MY GAWWW- tomorrow is 7/7/07. OMG. OMG. BEST DAY. I love the number 7 sooooo this is just insane for me. Unfortunately I'm guessing tomorrow's not going to be as great as I imagined this day could be. I wanted to have a party, but I just lost track of the date I guess.
Soooo work was AWKWARD today... a certain somebody was having an "off" day I guess... she was easily upset and it was creating a lot of awkwardness which even led to a kind of fight over me in a way... so they weren't talking and I was in the middle, trying to please both of them and I don't really know where I stand with the certain somebody... my guess is by Tuesday when I work again it all will have blown over. There was just some ridiculous bitchiness going on that I was kind of shocked by... just saw a different side of somebody that I hope never comes out again... ugh
Ryan and I went to Ratatouille tonight and OMG it's really good! GO SEE IT! Some amazing animation going on there and just fun times! Seriously go see it, I can't imagine anybody hating it. Yeah and if you go, let me come- I'd see it again fo sho.
I don't know what it is, but my dad is really annoying me today... if he comes home acting like an asshole I'm just gonna go straight to bed

Well summer is going okay so far. Kinda feels like it hasn't started since nobody's home. Work is good- the whole having money thing now is kind of nice, plus it's something to break up the week and it's kinda fun. I am taking the WEST-B in July so that's gonna be just a "great" use of a Saturday. I'm going to Michael Buble in Seattle late August. He said he'd come back to Spokane but he LIED. Kind of funny he has no Spokane show but two Seattle shows and those sold out really fast or something so he added a THIRD Seattle show. hmmm... must be all those Spokane fans having to go to Seattle... interesting. It's okay though, I still love him.
What did I do this weekend?? Uhh yesterday (Sat.) I did nothing all day and then early evening we went to Costco and then Mal-Wart (yeah I said that) and then went to Evan Almighty, then I get home and notice that I recieved a text while we were at the movie from Lindsey asking me to go to Evan Almighty tonight soooo Evan Almighty two days in a row... Just be prepared for PG humor and if you can get in that mode, you'll be fine. I can pretty much watch Steve Carell do anything though :p Poor Lindsey, another attempt to "fill the theater" and she barely filled half a row! ...and of course, I was late so I got to sit by some girl I didn't know.
One thing I'm starting to like already about this summer is Ryan working at the Metro, there's some days when he works and I don't so I have the day to myself. I don't know, I don't do anything different than when he is home but it's just relaxing knowing he's not going to march upstairs and bitch about something or force me to make him macaroni and cheese. He is freaking 16 years old, he has got to learn to do things for himself. I'm trying to think of something he CAN do on his own... hmm... oh he CAN tie his shoes... yeah... that's about it.
Tomorrow is Log Cabin Day so yeah figure out how to celebrate that one... anybody have Lincoln Logs? I think I was deprived.

Ok so to the left of us is Chuck and Renata (I'm positive that's spelled really wrong). They're pretty awesome- they take good care of us. They're older- their kids are around my parents' age so they're kind of like grandparents. I think they just have one son who lives in Spokane and one daughter who used to live in Montana but now lives in Idaho. I don't think their son has any family but their daughter has two kids who used to come visit a lot and I of course was expected to play with the granddaughter. She's a few years younger than I am and a bit of a country girl so it was difficult to connect with her but I still played with her because I'm nice like that. Their grandson is the same age as me I think and I'm pretty sure I've never said a word to him. He was always skateboarding outside at night during the summer and the last couple years became somewhat of a troublemaker or something. He's now living with Chuck and Renata and I think getting his life figured out. As for Chuck and Renata themselves, they're pretty cool- both retired now, Renata is from Germany and Chuck is a WWII vet I believe. They like to know what's going on with us and my mom gets pulled into some looonnngggg chats with Renata sometimes. They are pretty much our free personal gardeners/lawn keepers. We do a crap job on keeping up w/ our yard so they mow it and water the yard and garden and pretty much control the little patch on the side of our house and it looks nice so we just let 'em go for it. Ever since we've known them they had their dog Herschel (sp?) but he was having some kind of problems earlier this year and they decided to put him down because it was too painful to watch him suffer. It was really sad because he was such a nice dog and he was so important to them. But recently tey just got a new dog and I'm completely blanking on the name but he's cute too. Well that's pretty much all I've got on them right now. Let's go to the right of our house...
Ah yes, Ron and Anita... THEY HAVE THE MOST ANNOYING LAUGHS EVER! I guess I don't know them that well. I don't even know what they do. Um Ron's a douche and I can't even get into that- there's too much. Anita is really really super nice. I seriously don't get how they ended up together. Ron is Anita's second husband. She had one son (maybe two) I think at a pretty young age with her previous husband and I think she has two granddaughters, but she's only in her early fifties. One of Ron's neices used to live with them for a year or two when I was in middle school and of course I was expected to socialize with her. I'm fairly certain she had a mental disorder. She was obsessed with Anime and wolves so again, hard to connect... but somehow at times we actually had fun. There's lots of stories that go with her as well but I'm not going to get into that either. Hmm I don't know what else... they have a freaking FAT cat that they got when Ron's neice was there and they're sort of taking care of a friend's dog while he's traveling (he's been gone at least a year so I don't know what's up w/ that)
Soooo that's pretty much all I got. Hope it wasn't too boring!
Yay- end o' classes today!!! Last Spanish test o' my LIFE today!!!! I felt pretty good about it too. Loved the multiple choice and the essay... the identification part... still kinda icky but over all, good I think. Just leaves a history final and little SPED quiz so it's pretty much over...
Work today was interesting... I was sent on a mission to Kinko's to get a sign made for Harry Potter and well Kinko's failed. I mean they can make it but it's more expensive than we were told over the phone and that was not cool. Got paid. Got assigned a section! Ready? Eastern Philosophy! So like Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism, the Bushido, etc. I'm kinda excited about that! Plus I'll still be helping shelve Children's too which is FUN.
Ehhh what else... not much, at least that I can think of for now.

Okay... explanation? My power cord for my computer died and I just ordered a new one a couple days ago. When I first ordered it, they said it would ship on the 12th. Got a confirmation e-mail the next day saying it shipped and would be here Friday at the earliest. IT CAME ALREADY TODAY!!! I can finally update my i-Pod!!! It's been at least a month!!! That's badddd!!! I have literally hundreds of new songs already to go on it!! So exciting!
So Harry Connick, Jr. WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!! It went so fast! But, wow, that's talent... Apparently he went to see Disturbia last night at AMC... why didn't I randomly happen to see a movie last night? Damn.
Uh this last weekend (Memorial Day weekend) I went to visit the pals in Seattle. It was really fun and I'm glad I went! Let's see, Saturday... oh we went shopping- got myself a few headbands (and Marlee bought me one for some reason which was super nice) and then later we went to Pirates of the Caribbean which was first and foremost, LONG and second, complicated, but I was content with the ending. Sunday we went to see Lizza's apartment- very nice! And went out for lunch at Queen Sheba's, an Ethiopian restaurant. I ordered something called Doro Tibs but we basically all ate each other's food. It was a good experience- good to try new things and it wasn't bad! Later we went to try and see the Northwestern but fuck no, it was gone, but ya know, I could never be mad at Sig. SO then we went and bought a freaking TON of junk food- I have photographic evidence if needed. oh my god. it was sick, but wonderful. And we went to Gasworks Park for a bit and looked at the city- it was nice. And then we went back to the apt. and watched some Office and Bruce Almighty and got sick on the candy and crap. Sunday, we kinda tried to go to Alki (sp?) Beach, but due to the lack of parking spots left, we spent most of the time driving around, but it was still really pretty and it was a nice day. And THEN, I had to fly back home where my mom and aunt picked me up to go to dinner at Outback Steakhouse (RANDOMMMM!) But whatever, it was good.
Uh how 'bout that dude who exposed passengers on two trans-Atlantic flights to a drug resistant form of TB? Way to go buddy- can't wait...

Let's see... Sunday was Mother's Day and my mother slaved over a dinner of fried chicken, baked beans and potato salad sooo some mother's day for her eh? We also caught up on celebrating my aunt's b-day and my b-day since we missed them due to busy schedules and illnesses. We were going to celebrate my uncle's b-day too but he disappointed us again and didn't show up. At least it wasn't like the year we made him a cake and made a banner and he didn't show up... moving on... On the plus side, my mom finally got me a b-day present: tickets to Harry Connick Jr!! Woo! Should be fun
Ummm wow emotions last night- sadness! jealousy! I dunno... Sadness- last night was the Gilmore Girls SERIES finale. I know, I know. I'm lame. It's a guilty pleasure, whatever- I don't give a damn. That show was special to me and it was just sad OK?!!! Yeah, I even cried, OMG, SOOO LAME! And right after the sadness jealousy hit me- because FREAKING BAYLE AND MARLEE FREAKING BREATHED IN THE SAME AIR AS FREAKING SIG AND EDGAR HANSEN. I honestly could not deal with that and I wasn't there so I don't even know how they are managing. Like how do they view life after being in their presence? Gosh dang.
Lots of real talent leaving the reality shows tonight- Tyson and Tabitha on Shear Genius? Surpise? Not so much after you saw the shitty work they did tonight. Melinda off American Idol? Surprise? Well, kind of- she was amazing but if I pictured her winning, I was not truly satisfied. I really want Blake to win.
What else... work is going pretty good I'd say. I have some training at the mez desk on Friday that I'm a little nervous for because I don't know what to expect (and it didn't help that somebody was telling me how "great" it is), but I'm sure I'll handle it just fine.
This weekend is the Torchlight Parade and I'm always excited for that, especially now that I don't have to been in it anymore. I do not miss getting all gross and sweaty in those uniforms.
Okay, my brother is being loud and annoying and I can't think so it's time for some ice cream. Good solution? I think so.

Hmm I guess since then I've gotten a job at Auntie's which is purdy fun... what else... school's been goin' on... nothing really exciting I guess. Sunday school ended for the school year which is nice, but also sad. I'm gonna miss some kids... and others not as much (sorry, but there's one who is particularly annoying and I was almost never able to shut her up and/or sit on her butt and I feel bad for the teacher who gets her next year).

I neeeeed Michael Buble's new album! I can't believe I'm surviving without it. He sings Me and Mr. Jones! Honestly not sure how I'm still alive. Seriously, I love him. I'm probably surviving because I convinced my mom to buy another album recently that I'm in love with which is Undiscovered by James Morrison and oh he has a nice voice! ME LIKE (and my mom likes it so it works out). The only problem is, my mom likes to sing along and she sings the notes TOOO LONG. I'm sorry, but that bugs me- it's like, cut it off. DO you hear him singing as long as you are? NO. Maybe it bother's me so much because I used to be in music and had that Nazi Mr. Jay for a director, but it gets to the point where is not enjoyable sometimes! Oh, well, that's life. East Asia History- professor seems nice... so far the T.A. has shown he can't count (multiple times within a period of like 2 minutes- not sure I want him grading my tests) ummm sounds like interesting stuff- a lot of philosophy which I kinda like and it'll be nice since I had my Intro to religions class last year with all that good stuff
Spanish Civilization is literally going to murder me. Too much work, just. too. much. for. a. spanish. class. (I think I was just spoiled last quarter with like no work) AND crap, half the class are heritage speakers and that is really intimidating. We have group projects and we were paired up today by the prof. and he made it so non-native speakers were paired with native speakers... I got paired up with some girl named Margarita so that should be interesting... he threw so much stuff at us today- just on the syllabus... i don't even think I know what all we're doing during the quarter. I'm gonna have to pick that thing apart and write it down in English or something so I don't mess up. In conclusion and in summary, pray for me.
Intro to Special Ed. ehhh we watched a video... sounds like it'll be alright- no homework- just mult. choice (non-cummulative!) quizzes every couple of weeks and a movie review
And I have not had Intro to Education yet- that's the 3-hour biggie on Wednesdays. We'll see about that.
I still need to get my books- feelin' a little nervous about how important the reading is going to be in the next few days since we haven't gotten the check from my college fund yet.
OK now I'm tired- and it's only like a quarter after 10... Wednesday's gonna be badddd!

Today was my padre's birthday so we had cake and he opened presents and he's not very expressive so it was hard to tell if he liked what we got him, but whatever... And then we went out to dinner at Cyrus O'Leary's and then he and his girlfriend and my brother went to a comedy show at the Opera House and I went to the concert with my mom.
Ok... today is Festival Of Life In The Crack Day. What the eff am I supposed to do with that? and it's Telephone Day. Chances are you talked on the phone today so good for you for celebrating...
Tomorrow after Sunday school I'm going to Spanish mass in Cheney- should be pretty sweet...
